I trust that everyone did their part and either voted early or voted today. I’d better not find out that someone didn’t vote. I may have to get you in trouble and no one wants that. I will be fixed to my television tonight watching what happens. Is anyone else ready for all this to be over? I feel like this was the most emotional election I have ever been a part of. I know I am much older than I was during the last election but I don’t think I have ever seen one this heated. All of the nasty and untrue emails about both parties and the television adds are just about to push me over the edge. None the less it will all be over tonight and we can get on with our lives. I know I will.

I just want to remind everyone to go vote. We went today and it took us all of five minutes to walk in there and do it. I think this is a very important election and while I’m not going to tell you who I voted for I do think it is important that we all voice our opinion.

This weekend we had the privilege of baby-sitting my 12 month old cousin, Braz. He is too cute but he is a handful. I remember half way through the day thinking, “is it time to take him home yet???” He is into everything and our house isn’t baby proof. So I took every pillow in the house and put them all around our living room so he couldn’t get into anything he didn’t need to.

To all of those who are hoping we will have a baby soon: I’m very sorry. I am definitely NOT ready. That is a hand full that I am just not wanting to have now. But it was fun to have him for a day. He is a cutie!
