Last Saturday my little brother graduated from Grady High School. I know I couldn’t believe it either. I seems like just yesterday he was so little that I could beat him up. I won’t even try now. We went to his graduation Saturday evening and it was great. They asked him to do his bass solo at the ceremony and he did an awesome job. Everyone was very impressed. I don’t think those people have ever seen anything like that. (“How many strings does that thar thing have??) Another cool thing was that it was the principal Mr. Gipson’s last year there. So it was very special to see him “graduate” with the kids. The next day we had a big BBQ for him and Braden since they both graduated this year. We are so proud of both of you! We picked up these lilies at HEB Saturday and I think this is my new favorite color of lilies. They brighten up the house and make it smell great.

It is horribly loud and annoying at the shop right now. We are in the process of installing a new lift in the front of the shop and they said that we needed to dig a hole so they could put the lift in it. After we said that we could they told us that it had to be 10 FEET DEEP! My ears are constantly ringing and we can’t hear to talk on the phone or talk to customers. Everyone thinks I am yelling at them when in reality I can’t hear so I talk to everyone like that. I think they are almost done though. They are at about 9 feet now. Doesn’t the hole make you want to put a broom on your head and kick someone in it?
